If you have a new diet plan that is not only very effective but you can easily change your lifestyle so that you integrate stay with you for life, I would recommend looking fasting to loose weight as a serious plan to sought to achieve these goals.
Well, when I say fast I do not know how they do for religious reasons, would mean intermittent fasting where you fast for 24 hours 2-3 times per week. A short fast day would look like -

First Eat regularly to dinner (2-4 meals as normal).
Ceasing to eat one after dinner.
Nearly one up for dinner the next day.
To eat a meal, just a regular size dinner.
This is one way in which a 24-hour fast, yet with a few calories during the day.
Now I used to think that missing meals was badly for my metabolism and I would loose my precious muscles if I do not eat every four hours. However, I have found that this is actually a myth, if only for short periods of fasting. Do not get me wrong can slows your metabolism on an extended low-calorie diet, but that is over a period of weeks and weeks of continual reduction in calories.
If you think about all the diets are basically just a way of restricting calories by various means, so that you burn more calories at the end than you consume.
Whatever diet if you do it right it's a good chance that you loose weight just because you eat less calories to choose to follow. The problem is that they are very difficult to maintain and to be honest, who wants to be is on a constant diet. I have found that short-term intermittent fasting once or twice per week, a simple but effective tactics to help me consume a smaller number of calories throughout the week and help me loose body fat can be. But not fast on the days you cannot just eat nuts and whatever else the calorie deficit you create will be lost. The trick is just to normal, healthy meals to eat, how do you know ... or?
I think, short-term fasting to loose weight is simple but fast way to a caloric deficit and thus a good way to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Try it, you only need to loose fat!
